Elite Property Inspections has been serving the greater Kansas City metro area since 2002.
Elite is the vision and spirit of its owner and founder, Larry Smiley. As a certified ASHI inspector since 1998, and a registered Kansas home inspector, Larry is committed to providing clients a thorough evaluation of their home, so they can make informed decisions about one of their most significant investments.
And that’s just what Larry does everyday at every inspection with every client. Honesty and integrity are the cornerstones of his work and Elite’s mission.
How Larry sees it
Larry has a combined 26+ years of home building and home inspection expertise.
He worked as a job-site superintendent for a local builder for more than a decade. Larry learned all aspects of home construction, materials make-up, life span, and more.This experience led to his skilled knowledge about how a house was built and maintained. He knows the problem areas the everyday person (or the less-experienced inspector) might overlook.
His construction experience coupled with years of hands-on home inspection knowledge helps ensure the most thorough inspection.
