Base price for a whole house inspection, including a termite inspection:  $325

Elite Property Inspections is competitively priced and we don’t have upcharges for older homes or crawl space areas. Price is based on size of house, the number of furnaces and air conditioners.

A home inspection from Elite includes a termite inspection in the price.Elite provides a 17+ page computer generated report complete with digital pictures and a summary page.
